Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Melted Butter or Oil
  • Butter for making pancakes

Instructions

  • Take wheat flour, flax seed powder, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in milk, honey and butter and mix well to a smooth batter.
  • Melt some butter in a nonstick pan, ladle some of the batter in.
  • Cook on low heat for few sec. Flip over and cook on other side too.
  • Remove to a plate.
  • Serve with honey.
