Ingredients

  • 4 cups Puffed Rice
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal / Pori Kadalai
  • 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • Curry leaves a handful
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies broken into pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in peanuts, garlic and fry till golden.
  • Add in curry leaves, dry red chillies and mix well.
  • Add in salt and spice powders, toss well.
  • Add in pori and give a quick toss.
  • Let it cool, store in a air tight container for a week.
  • Serve
