Ingredients

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp Mixed Fruit Jam
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder or Vanilla Essence
  • Oil or Butter for pan frying

Instructions

  • Take egg, milk, sugar and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spread some jam over the bread in a thin layer, sandwich with another bread.
  • Dip this in the egg mix and coat on both sides.
  • Heat some butter or oil in a pan, place the eggy bread in it and fry till golden on both sides.
  • Remove and serve with some fruits.
