For Batter:

Instructions
▢
Mix all the ingredients for the batter to a little thick paste. Dip paneer in this batter and fry in oil till golden., Drain and set aside.
▢
Heat tblspn of oil in the same pan, add in onions, chillies, curry leaves, salt, sugar and saute till golden.
▢
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
▢
Add in cubed onions and bell pepper and saute for couple of mins.
▢
Add in soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
▢
Add in the fried paneer and toss well.
▢
Add in cornflour mixed with water and toss well.
▢
Add in pepper and mix well.
▢
Add in coriander leaves and toss. Serve hot.
