Ingredients

  • 3 Gooseberry seeds removed and grated
  • 1 cup Curd thick and unsour
  • Salt to taste
  • For Masala:
  • 3 tbsp Coconut
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • For Tempering:
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Dry Red chilli
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Grind the ingredients given in the list with some water. Set this aside.
  • Take grated gooseberry in a bowl.
  • Add the ground masala along with salt and curd.Mix well.
  • Heat oil and add the tempering ingredients and saute for 30 sec.
  • Pour this over the pachadi and mix well.
  • Serve with rice or pulav.
