Ingredients

  • 2 large or 7 small ones Ripe Banana
  • 4 tbsp Jaggery / Palm Sugar / Sarkarai / Gur
  • 3 tbsp grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Instructions

  • Take jaggery, coconut, cardamom, ghee in a bowl and beat well.
  • Add in sliced bananas and mix well.
  • Let it sit for 30 mins before serving.
