grated Jaggery / Palm Sugar

Cardamom powder / Yelakai Podi

Dry Ginger Powder / Sukku Podi
Instructions
▢
Take jaggery in a bowl, add in some water and leave it aside till it is melted.
▢
Now strain this and add in more water.
▢
Add in lemon juice, cardamom and dry ginger powder. Mix well.
▢
Serve.
