Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated Jaggery / Palm Sugar
  • 3 to 4 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp or to taste Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder / Yelakai Podi
  • 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder / Sukku Podi

Instructions

  • Take jaggery in a bowl, add in some water and leave it aside till it is melted.
  • Now strain this and add in more water.
  • Add in lemon juice, cardamom and dry ginger powder. Mix well.
  • Serve.
