Dried White Peas / Vatana
▢

cup
chopped into tiny pieces Raw Mango
▢
½
cup
finely grated Coconut
▢

small finely chopped Onion
▢
1
finely chopped Green Chilli
▢
½
tsp
Chilli Powder
▢
Salt to taste

For Seasoning:

Soak peas overnight or for 8 hours and add it to pressure cooker along with some salt. Cover with water and pressure cook it for 2 whistle. Let the

steam go all by itself. Open the pressure cooker and drain them. Set aside till use.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add in the seasoning ingredients and saute for 30 sec.

Now add in onions, green chilli and give a quick toss.
▢
Add in raw mango and mix once.
▢
Add in the cooked peas, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
▢
Once mixed add in coconut and mix once.
▢
Serve.
