Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 120 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • ¼ cup powdered / 50 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • Salt a pinch
  • 70 Grams Softened Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Milk
  • For Chocolate Coating:
  • 1.5 cup Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1.5 cup or as needed Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
  • Take flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Take butter, sugar in a bowl and beat till creamy and fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla, beat again and till fluffy.
  • Now add in flour mix and milk alternating, ending with flour.
  • Pour this into a prepared pan. Bake it for 20 to 25 mins.
  • Remove it and let it cool completely. once it is cooled, slice the dome off and cut into squares.
  • Now make chocolate glaze, take water and butter in a bowl, microwave it for 30 sec till the butter is melted.
  • Take sugar, cocoa in a bowl and mix well. Add water butter mix slowly and mix well. The glaze should be little thick.
  • Now take a cake and dip it in glaze and coat in coconut.
  • Serve.
