Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 pieces Salted Caramel i used cadburys silk caramello

Instructions

  • Take flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center.
  • Add in egg, oil, milk and vanilla essence. Mix to a smooth batter.
  • Add in chocolate pieces and fold well.
  • Pour this into a greased mug and microwave it for 1 mins. Actually i microwaved it for 1.30 mins, so keep a eye on it.
  • Once it is done, remove it and serve with a scoop of icecream.
