Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Mushroom Paratha
  • For Dough:
  • 2 cup Wheat Flour + more
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil as needed to fry paratha
  • For Filling:
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped finely
  • 1 cup Spring Onion chopped finely
  • 200 grams Mushrooms chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Start by making dough by mixing flour, salt, water. Knead it to a soft dough. Cover and let it rest till you make filling.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, green chillies and saute lightly.
  • Add in ginger garlic and mix well.
  • Add in mushroom and keep cooking till is done. Now add in cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  • Now add in spring onion and mix well. Filling done.
  • Take your dough. Divide into equal balls. Take two ball and roll it out.
  • Place filling over one paratha and cover with other. Roll this out and put it on hot tawa. Drizzle oil on both sides and cook till golden.
  • Remove and serve.
