▢ For Cooking Rice:
▢ Wash and soakbasmati rice for 30 mins.
▢ Now boil lots of water in a pan, add in salt.
▢ Once the water comes to a rolling boil, add in drained rice.
▢ Boil this for 6 to 7mins till the rice is 90 percent done..It will be long and when u taste it, itwill have a little bite.
▢ Drain it in a strainer. Cool it before adding to friedrice, the previous day rice is best for fried rice.
▢ For Fried Rice:
▢ Heat oil in a pan,add in ginger, garlic, chillies, onions and saute for a min on very high heat,
▢ Add in mushrooms andtoss well for 3 to 4 mins till it is browned and cooked
▢ Add in salt, sugarand toss well.
▢ Add in cooked riceand toss well on high heat.
▢ Add in soy sauce,vinegar and pepper powder. Mix well.
▢ Add in spring onionand toss well.
▢ Serve hot.
