Ingredients

Instructions
▢
Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 340 Degree F.
▢
Butter a 500 gm loaf pan, and dust them with flour.
▢
Coat them on all sides and tap off the excess.
▢
Take butter in a bowl. Add in eggs, sugar, vanilla and mix well.
▢
Add in curd and give it a good mix.
▢
Now sift in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder in this and mix till they are combined.
▢
Add in grated apples and fold to mix.
▢
Now pour this in the prepared pan and bake t for 45- 55 mins till it is baked and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
▢
Let them cool in the tin for 30 mins. Invert them into a plate.
▢
Slice and serve.
