Ingredients

  • cup All Purpose Flour 180 gms
  • 1 cup Sugar 200 gms
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 100 Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 Egg
  • cup Curd / Yogurt 80 ml
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1.5 cup Apples grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 340 Degree F.
  • Butter a 500 gm loaf pan, and dust them with flour.
  • Coat them on all sides and tap off the excess.
  • Take butter in a bowl. Add in eggs, sugar, vanilla and mix well.
  • Add in curd and give it a good mix.
  • Now sift in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder in this and mix till they are combined.
  • Add in grated apples and fold to mix.
  • Now pour this in the prepared pan and bake t for 45- 55 mins till it is baked and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let them cool in the tin for 30 mins. Invert them into a plate.
  • Slice and serve.
