Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice cooked
  • 1 Capsicum sliced
  • 1 cup Green Peas I used frozen
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 Green Chillies sliced in diagnols
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Spring Onion White and Green Part Separated
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add onions, spring onion white part and green chilli. Sauté on high heat for a  min.
  • Add in capsicum and peas and mix well. Saute on high heat for 3 mins.
  • Add in salt, sugar and ajinomoto and mix well.
  • Add in rice and toss well. Add soya sauce and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onion green part and serve.
