Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice cooked
  • 3 Carrot grated
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 Green Chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp Channa Dal
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 2 Cardamom
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a kadai. Add mustard, cumin, peanuts, sesame seeds, channa dal, cinnamon, cardamom, dry red chilli. Fry this for a min until they turn golden.
  • Now add onions, green chilli and salt and fry for 1 min.
  • Add grated carrots and toss well. Stir fry this for 5 mins.
  • Add in cooked rice and toss well.
  • Serve with any side dish or papad.
