Ingredients

  • 6 Chapati cut into thin strips
  • 1 Onion finely sliced
  • 3 Tomato chopped finely
  • 1 Carrot cut into lengthwise
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a wok or kadai.
  • Add onions and green chilli and fry for 3 mins.
  • Add carrots and cook for 5 mins till they are half cooked.
  • Add tomatoes..Cook this till it turn mushy, it will take around 5 mins.
  • Season with salt, Add all spice powders and mix well.Add some soy sauce and mix well. Now add in cut up chapatti and mix well.Garnish with cilantro and serve hot or put in lunch box.
