Ingredients

  • ½ kg Pumpkin peeled and cubed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Garlic chopped
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin and fenugreek seeds in that. Add dry red chilli and mix well.
  • Add garlic and onions and mix well. Saute for 2 mins. Add turmeric, chilli and amchoor powder and mix well.
  • Add pumpkin in this and mix well Saute for 2 mins.
  • Add salt and sugar and mix well. Pour some water and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 10- 15 mins or untill the pumpkin is cooked.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice.
