Layered Cherry Panna Cotta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Canned Red Cherry
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 1 ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Pista chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  • Soak gelatin in water for 5 mins. Heat it gently on medium flame stirring often till everything is dissolved. Remove and set aside.
  • Take cherry in a blender. Add sugar and ½ of cream and make into a fine puree. Now add ½ of gelatin in this and blend it well.
  • Pour this over the mould till half way and keep in the fridge or freezer for 30 mins or till it is set.
  • Now make the vanilla pudding. Take cream, sugar and vanilla in a sauce pan and heat it up.
  • Now Add the remaining ½ of gelatin mixture and mix well.
  • Pour this over the cherry pudding and keep it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
  • When it is set use a knife to leave the sides and unmould it carefully.
  • You can dip the bowl in hot water for few sec to release the sides.
  • Place it on a plate and sprinkle with pista and serve cold.
