Ingredients

  • 200 grams Hakka Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 medium size sliced thinly Onions
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
  • 2 slit Green Chillies
  • 1 large chopped finely Carrots
  • 10 chopped finely Green Beans
  • 1 cup chopped finely Cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped finely Capsicum i used a mixture of green, yellow and red
  • ½ cup or as needed Schezwan Sauce RECIPE HERE
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Start by cooking noodles..Bring lots of salted water in a sauce pan, add in noodles and cook as per package instructions. Drain it and toss it with a tblspn of oil. Set aside till use.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Add in onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute on a high heat for a min.
  • Add in carrots, beans, cabbage and toss well on high heat for 8 to 10 mins till it is cooked.
  • Now add in capsicum and saute on high heat for 2 mins.
  • Add in salt and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add in the schezwan sauce and mix well.
  • Add in noodles and toss well. Fry this for few mins till the noodles is tossed.
  • Add in spring onion and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
