Start by making the dough. Take warm water in a bowl. Add sugar and yeast in the water and mix well. Let it rest for 5 mins.
Now in a large mixing bowl add flour and salt. Pour in the yeast water and mix well. Drizzle some oil and let it rest for 1 hours till it doubles in size. Knock out the air and divide into equal portions. Set this aside.
Now make the filling..Heat oil and add onions, curry leaves and mix well Cover and Cook till the onion is slightly brown.
Add chilli powder and salt and mix well. Add some soy sauce and toss well. Remove this to a bowl.
Take the dough and spread it into rounds. Spoon the onion filling and egg in the centre and fold from all sides.
Arrange it in a tray and cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F. Bake it for 25 to 30 mins.
After it is baked smear some butter on top and serve.
