Take water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil, add in butter and take it off the heat. The butter will melt.
Now add in vanilla and mix well. Pour this hot water over the flour and mix to form a dough. Set the dough aside till you make the chocolate sauce.
For chocolate sauce. Take cream and milk in a sauce pan and heat it till you see bubbles around the rim of the pan.
Now take the cream off the heat and add in vanilla, honey and chocolate. Set aside for 5 mins.
Now mix it so it is all melted. Chocolate sauce done.
Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Now take the dough and fill a piping bag which is fitted with a star nozzle. Now squeeze it and use a pair of scissors to snip it off directly into hot oil.
Fry till golden brown. Drain onto paper towel.
Now mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll the fried churros in cinnamon sugar.
