Butter for frying french toast

For Strawberries:

sliced Strawberry

Instructions
▢
Take sliced strawberries in a bowl, spoon over the sugar and mix well to combine.
▢
Let them steep for 15 to 20 mins till the sugar is melted into the strawberries.
▢
Take a shallow bowl, crack open egg, add in sugar, vanilla and milk. Mix it well.
▢
Now melt some butter on a hot tawa.
▢
Dip the bread on the egg mixture on both sides and place over the hot butter.
▢
Cook on 1 mins on each side till it is golden and cooked.
▢
Remove to a plate and spoon over the marinated strawberries along with all the juices and serve.
