Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Basic Masala
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 grams Mushrooms cleaned and chopped
  • cup Thick Coconut Milk

Basic Masala

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add onions to it and saute till they turn light brown.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add in tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy.
  • Now add in all the spice powders along with salt and cook till oil separates.
  • Add in chopped mushrooms in this and toss well in the masala.
  • Cook this for 5-7 mins.
  • Now add in the thick coconut milk and mix well.
  • Bring this to a boil and switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot with roti.
