Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumber peeled, deseeded & Grated
  • 1 Spring Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped finely
  • 1 Curd thick & unsour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Take grated cucumber in your hands and squeeze them to take out their excess water. Add this to a bowl.
  • Take curd, salt, sugar, spring onion & green chilli in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add cucumber to this and mix well.
  • Serve with pulav.
