Instructions

Take a clean saucepan, add in 2 tbsp of karupatti / Jaggery / Palm Sugar.

Now pour in ¾ cup of clean water. Heat this up and cook untill the karupatti is melted.

Now take a clean bowl and add 2 scoops of Wheat Health Powder.
▢
Add some clean water and mix it up till smooth.
▢
Now place a fine mesh strainer over the bowl and Sieve the karupatti liquid through this. Mix this well.

I washed the saucepan in the meantime.
▢
Now pour this liquid again in the saucepan.
▢
Heat this on a low flame stiring continuously.
▢
Cook this for around 8 mins till the dal and wheat is cooked and thicken.
▢
Take it off the heat, allow it to cool down and transfer it to feeding bowl or feeding bottle and feed your baby.
