Ingredients

  • 10 Ladysfinger
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 3 tbsp Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu / Besan
  • few spoons Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  • Wash and dry ladyfinger, cut the top off. Slit ladysfinger and cut them in half. Take them in a bowl.
  • Add all ingredients except oil and water. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle some water and mix well so the masala coats the ladysfinger.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Drop the ladyfinger in and fry till golden. Drain and serve.
