Ingredients

  • 3 cups Whole Wheat Flour / Atta
  • 1 cup Oats Flour
  • 2 tsp Dry Yeast
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 300 ml + more if needed Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Take warm water in a jug, add in honey and sprinkle yeast over it..Mix it up and set aside for 5 mins to activate the yeast.
  • Now pour olive oil over it and mix well.
  • Take wheat flour and oats flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt to it and mix well. Make a well in the center and pour the wet ingredients in it.
  • Make it into a soft dough.
  • Now drizzle a tsp of oil and spread it all over the dough.
  • Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and let it rise for a hour or till it is double in size.
  • Once it is risen, knead it well and shape it into a log shape. Now grease a loaf pan with oil. Place the shaped loaf inside it and cover it again with plastic wrap and leave it to rise for a hour.
  • Now preheat a oven to 200 Degree C. Place the loaf pan inside the center rack of the oven and bake it for 30 mins, now lower the temparature to 180 Degree C and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  • Now remove the loaf from oven and Let it cool completely before inverting to cooling rack;.
  • Leave it to cool completely before slicing.
