Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu

Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds and let them pop.
▢
Once they pop, add in urad dal and fry till golden.
▢
Now add in chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder all in one go.
▢
Immediately after adding the spices, add in eggs and turn off the stove.
▢
Mix well and serve with rice and rasam.
