Ingredients

  • 5 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • 1 tbsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds and let them pop.
  • Once they pop, add in urad dal and fry till golden.
  • Now add in chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder all in one go.
  • Immediately after adding the spices, add in eggs and turn off the stove.
  • Mix well and serve with rice and rasam.
