Ingredients

  • Fresh Whole Pumpkin - 1 Use small pumpkin

Instructions

  • Take your pumpkin, cut them in half, scoop the seeds out, peel it off, cut them into small pieces and throw them into a large pot.
  • Now cover them with water and clamp a lid on top and heat it up.
  • Let this come to a boil, now simmer the pot and cook for 25-30 mins.
  • Check to see whether the pumpkin is cooked by pricking it with a fork. It should be so soft.
  • Now drain them in a colander.
  • Transfer this to a food processor and puree them to a smooth pulp.
  • Allow them to cool down.
  • Now scoop them to a freezer bag and freeze it or use it immediately.

Notes

1.Cool completely before you freezer them.
2.You can freeze them for 6 months, You can store them in the fridge for upto a week in an air tight container.
