Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 5 cups cooked and cooled Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
  • 6 cloves finely chopped Garlic
  • 2 chopped finely Green Chillies
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 sliced thinly Onion
  • 1 finely chopped Carrots
  • 10 finely chopped Beans
  • 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1 finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 tbsp Chilli Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch to taste
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • Take all the vegetables in a microwave safe bowl and cook it for 5 mins.
  • Heat oil in a kadai till smoking. Add in finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Add in onions and saute till golden.
  • Add in cooked vegetables and saute for 5 mins or so.
  • Now add in salt, sugar, pepper, chilli and garam masala powder. Saute for a min.
  • Add in cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add in chilli oil and toss well. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve.
