Ingredients
▢
Fish Pieces
I used Trevally / Jack / Parai meen - 500 gms ( Boneless, White Fleshed Fish )
▢
Oil for pan frying
▢
Marination:
▢
Curd / Thick Yogurt - 1 cup
▢
Chilli powder - 1 tsp or to taste
▢
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
▢
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Lemon Juice - 2 tblspn
▢
Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
▢
Mint leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
▢
Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 3 tblspn
▢
Oil - 1 tblspn
Instructions
▢
Take a bowl and add in all the marination ingredients in the given order and mix well.
▢
Add in the fish pieces and mix well with the marination.
▢
Leave this to marinate for at least 30 mins.
▢
Now take wooden skewers and arrange this fish pieces in it.
▢
Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat and drizzle few drops of oil over it.
▢
Arrange these skewers on it and fry it on low heat, rotating often till it is seared properly and cooked on all sides. It will take around 15 mins.
▢
Remove from the heat and serve hot with some lemon wedges.
