Ingredients

  • Panettone Bread - 8 slices
  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - ½ cup / 125 ml
  • Sugar - 4 tblspn or as needed
  • Vanilla Essence- 1 tblspn
  • Butter as needed for frying
  • Powdered Sugar for serving

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, crack open eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  • Melt some butter in a pan on medium heat.
  • Take a bread slice and dip it in the egg mixture and soak it for 15 seconds on each side.
  • Put the dipped bread over the hot butter and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 mins on each sides till golden.
  • Transfer it to a serving plate and dust it with powdered sugar.
  • Enjoy.
