Ingredients

  • 250 grams Fish Any Fish, Cut into long strips without any bones
  • 1 tsp + ½ tsp + ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  • Take fish pieces and cut them like fingers. Now add salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Marinate it for 10 mins.
  • Now take cornflour, a pinch of salt and ½ tsp of chilli powder in a bowl and add water to it. make it into very watery mix. Set aside.
  • Now take breadcrumbs in another bowl, add a pinch of salt and ½ tsp of chilli powder and mix well. Set aside.
  • Now time to breadcrumb the fish. Take marinated fish and dip them in cornflour mix and coat them well in breadcrumb mix.
  • Once it is all coated. set aside.
  • Now heat oil for frying and fry all the fish fingers till golden on both sides. It will take around 7 to 8 mins.
  • Remove them to a paper towel.
  • Serve with ketchup.
