Ingredients

large Onions sliced thinly

Ginger Garlic Paste

Bell Peppers / Capsicum sliced lengthwise

slit Green Chillies

or to taste Green Chilli Sauce

or to taste Tomato Ketchup

or to taste Red Chilli Sauce

or to taste Dark Soya Sauce

Ajinomoto - a pinch

For Marination:
▢

cooked Soya Chunks / Meal Maker

Ginger Garlic Paste

Chilli Powder

Corn Flour /Corn Starch

Instructions
▢
Mix all the marination ingredients except oil together and set aside.
▢
Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil.
▢
Cook till it is golden. Remove it to a plate.
▢
Now in the remaining oil, add in onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for couple of mins.
▢
Add in capsicum, chillies and saute for another couple of mins.
▢
Add in sugar, salt, ajinomoti(if using) and all the sauces and mix well.
▢
Cook this for 5 mins or so.
▢
Add in fried soya and toss well in the sauce. Cook this for couple of mins.
▢
Add in spring onions and toss once. Serve with pulav or anything.
