Ingredients

  • 1 large Onions sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Bell Peppers / Capsicum sliced lengthwise i used green & yellow
  • 2 slit Green Chillies
  • 2 tsp or to taste Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp or to taste Green Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp or to taste Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp or to taste Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp or to taste Dark Soya Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch optional, i din use
  • For Marination:
  • 3 cups cooked Soya Chunks / Meal Maker
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour /Corn Starch
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Mix all the marination ingredients except oil together and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil.
  • Cook till it is golden. Remove it to a plate.
  • Now in the remaining oil, add in onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for couple of mins.
  • Add in capsicum, chillies and saute for another couple of mins.
  • Add in sugar, salt, ajinomoti(if using) and all the sauces and mix well.
  • Cook this for 5 mins or so.
  • Add in fried soya and toss well in the sauce. Cook this for couple of mins.
  • Add in spring onions and toss once. Serve with pulav or anything.
