Ingredients

Horse Gram / Kollu / Kanam

Coconut
▢

cloves
Garlic

Dry Red Chilli
▢
Salt to taste

Water as needed
Instructions
▢
Dry roast horsegram till it is light golden.
▢
Remove that to a bowl and wash the well.
▢
Soak them in water for 10 mins.
▢
Now in a blender. Add coconut, garlic and dry chilli.
▢
Now add in the drained horse gram, season with salt.
▢
Grind this to a chutney adding some water.
▢
Remove this to a serving dish.
