Ingredients

  • 1 cup Horse Gram / Kollu / Kanam
  • 3 tbsp Coconut
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Dry roast horsegram till it is light golden.
  • Remove that to a bowl and wash the well.
  • Soak them in water for 10 mins.
  • Now in a blender. Add coconut, garlic and dry chilli.
  • Now add in the drained horse gram, season with salt.
  • Grind this to a chutney adding some water.
  • Remove this to a serving dish.
