Ingredients
▢
Coconut - ¼ cup
▢
Roasted Gram Dal / Pori Kadalai / Pottu kadalai - ¼ cup
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Tamarind Pulp - 1 tblspn

For Roasting:

Oil - 1 tsp
▢
Curry leaves - 1 cup packed
▢
Garlic - 4 cloves
▢
Ginger - 2 inch piece
▢
Dry Red Chillies - 4
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan. Add the roasting ingredients and fry it for 5 mins. Now add it to a blender.
▢
Now add in coconut, gram dal, tamarind, salt and some water.
▢
Make it into a smooth paste.
▢
Serve with rice or idli.
