Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Sprouts Click here for Recipe
  • 1 medium size Ripe Sweet Mango
  • 1 medium size Crunchy Apple
  • ½ of a large one Red Pomegranate
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Take a mango and peel it off, Chop them into small pieces.
  • Take a apple and chop them into small pieces as well.
  • Now take the chopped apple and mango in a bowl.
  • Add in the pomegranate kernels, i bash on top of the pomegranate with a wooden spoon to remove the kernels.
  • Add in the moong sprouts in.
  • Sprinkle in some salt, sugar and pepper.
  • Mix well and Serve.
