Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup / 120 grams
  • Sugar - ¾ cup / 150 grams
  • Oats - ½ cup powdered
  • Cocoa - 5 tblspn
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Oil - 3 tblspn
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt - 1 cup / 240 ml / 8 fluid ounces
  • Chocolate chips - ½ cup / 80 grams

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 340 Degree F. Grease a 15x15 cm square pan with oil and dust it with flour, tap the excess flour. Now the pan is ready.
  • Take wheat flour, sugar, oats, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Make a small well in the centre. Pour yogurt, vanilla, oil and mix well.
  • Pour this batter into the pan, sprinkle the top with some chocolate chips.
  • Bake the brownies in the oven for 45 mins till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow this to cool down for 15 mins. Invert the brownies to a plate and cut into squares.
  • Serve with a glass of milk.
