Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 340 Degree F. Grease a 15x15 cm square pan with oil and dust it with flour, tap the excess flour. Now the pan is ready.
Take wheat flour, sugar, oats, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Make a small well in the centre. Pour yogurt, vanilla, oil and mix well.
Pour this batter into the pan, sprinkle the top with some chocolate chips.
Bake the brownies in the oven for 45 mins till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Allow this to cool down for 15 mins. Invert the brownies to a plate and cut into squares.
