  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic - 4
  • Cauliflower - 2 cups
  • Spinach - 2 cups
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
  • Water as needed


  • Heat butter in a kadai.
  • Add in cauliflower and saute till cooked.
  • Add in spinach and mix well. Cook till vegetables is cooked.
  • Now take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
  • Now take it in a pan, add water and mix well.
  • Season with salt, pepper and cumin powder and bring it to a boil.
  • Mix well. Serve hot.
