Banana Wrapped Charcoal Fish is a flavourful fish steamed and grilled over charcoal which adds so much flavour into the fish.
1)You can marinate the fish as long as you wish.
2)If you don't have banana leaf. Wrap the fish in parchment paper or foil.
3)You can cook this whole thing in a 250 degree C preheated oven for 30 mins.
4)Serve it hot for best results.
5)If fish pieces are small, then cooking time will vary.
