1)Saute the onions till soft, this adds nice sweetness to your curry.
2)If you don't have tomatoes, skip tomatoes. Instead add little lemon juice in the end.
3)You can add very little roasted gram dal or cashews or any nuts along with coconut when grinding. This adds thickness to the curry.
4)This curry can be served with chapati, roti, paratha or phulka.
5)You can serve with appam or idiyappam.
