Almond flour brownies aka gluten free brownies is one of the guilt free dessert which you can make in a matter of moments.

Ingredients

  • Almond Flour - 2 cups 200 grams
  • Brown Sugar - ¾ cup 150 grams
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Egg - 3
  • Oil - ½ cup 120 ml
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder - ½ cup 50 grams
  • Chocolate Chips - ½ cup 150 grams
  • Melted Chocolate - 50 grams ¼ cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree c.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Take eggs, oil, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in melted chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add in almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Spoon this into baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  • Remove and cool completely.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

1) If you want keto, Skip sugar and use any keto sugar and thats it.
2)I used homemade ground almond flour.
3)You can pour the batter in loaf pan and bake. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
4)You can bake in any cake pan.
5)You can use any nuts flour instead of almond flour.
