Korean Chicken Mandu Recipe

Korean Chicken Mandu which is super easy to make. The chicken and cabbage filling makes it super tasty. Serve it with chilli sauce.

Ingredients

FOR DOUGH:

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water as needed

FOR FILLING:

  • Boneless Chicken - 500 grams
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Cabbage - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch - 1 tblsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Mix flour, salt, water to form a dough. Set aside for 20 to 30 mins.
  • Take onion and cabbage in a chopper and chop very fine.
  • Set it aside in a bowl.
  • Add chicken in the same chopper and mince fine.
  • Take that in the cabbage bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Take small portion of the dough and roll it thin.
  • Now spoon some filling in and seal the edges.
  • Pleat it as shown.
  • Now place this in steamer and steam for 10 to 12 mins.
  • Remove and serve.
