Cajun cauliflower is keto friendly and taste too good. Cajun seasoning adds a nice hint of flavour to the cauliflower.

  • Cauliflower - 2 cups
  • Coconut Oil - 2 tblsp
  • Cajun Seasoning - 1 tsp


  • Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  • Add in cauliflower and mix well. cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 mins.
  • Now add in cajun spice mix and mix well.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Serve.
