Take flour, salt, oil and mix well. Add water and knead to a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
Grind onion, chillies, coriander leaves and garlic to a coarse mix.
Take potatoes in a bowl and mash well. Add onion mix in along with salt and cumin powder. MIx well.
Take a small portion of dough. Flatten it and roll it out.
Spoon some filling in fold it over. Seal the edges.
Drop in hot oil and fry till golden on both sides.
Drain and serve.
