Dried Mango Muffins Recipe

These mango muffins is bursting with dried mango pieces. This muffin is everything you want it to be. Full of candied mango pieces.

Ingredients

  • cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) 180 grams
  • ¾ cup Sugar 150 grams
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ cup Milk 120 ml
  • 1 Egg
  • cup Oil or Melted Butter 160 ml
  • ½ tsp Mango Extract
  • ½ cup Dried mango chopped

(MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML)

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
    • Take flour, baking powder, in a bowl and mix well.
    • Add in dried mango pieces and mix well.
    • In a jug, take egg, milk, sugar and oil and mix well.
    • Pour this wet mixture into the flour.
    • Fold gently. Don't over mix.
    • Scoop this into the moulds. Bake for 18 to 20 mins.
    • Remove and cool it.
    • Serve warm.
