Honey garlic cauliflower is a delicious appetizer which is not only easy to make but taste absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 tblps chopped
  • Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 1 chopped
  • Spring Onion - 2 chopped
  • Salt to taste

FOR FRIED CAULIFLOWER:

  • Cauliflower - 1 head cut it into florets
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tblps
  • Cornflour - 6 tblps
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Baking Power - ½ tsp
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for Deep frying

FOR SAUCE:

  • Tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup
  • Vinegar - 1 tblps
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tblsp

Instructions
 

  • Par boil cauliflower in hot water for 2 to 3 mins. Drain and set aside.
  • Add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder. add little water and mix well.
  • Now heat oil for deep frying and deep fry till golden and crispy.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  • Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan. Add in garlic, capsicum and stir fry for a min.
  • Add in sauce and mix well.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Add in fried cauliflower and toss well.
  • Add in spring onion and mix well.
  • Serve.
