Ingredients
▢
Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Onion - 3 large sliced thinly
▢
Tomato - 1 chopped finely
▢
Gram
Flour - 2 tblsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Frozen Peas - 1 cup
▢
Salt to taste
FOR GRINDING:
▢
Green Chillies - 4
▢
Ginger - 2 tblsp
▢
Garlic - 6 cloves
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a kadai.
▢
Add onions and salt. Cover and cook till onions get soft.
▢
Add ginger green chilli and garlic paste and saute for 1 mins or so.
▢
Add in tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook till it gets mushy.
▢
Add in spice powders and mix well.
▢
Add in peas and mix well.
▢
Add in water and mix well.
▢
Bring it to a boil.
▢
Add in gram flour mixed with water and mix well to thicken.
▢
Serve.
