Ingredients
FOR COOKIES:

Unsalted Butter - 100 grams
▢
Cream - 4 tblsp
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
▢
Sugar for rolling the cookie
FOR FILLING:
▢
Unsalted Butter - ¼ cup
▢
Icing sugar / Confectioners Sugar - 1.5 cup
▢
Vanilla - ½ tsp
Instructions
▢
Mix cream, butter till creamy. Add flour and make a soft dough. Wrap and chill in fridge for 30 mins.
▢
Preheat oven to 190 degree C.
▢
Now roll it and cut using cookie cutters.
▢
Take each cookie and roll in sugar. Arrange it in a baking sheet.
▢
Pop it into the oven and bake for 7 to 9 mins. Remove and cool completely.
▢
Mix butter, icing sugar and vanilla till creamy and fluffy. Fill a piping bag with the cream.
▢
Take a cookie and pipe with the cream.
▢
Sandwich with other cookie and set aside.
▢
Serve.
