Ingredients
▢
Dessicated Coconut - 1 cup
▢
Milk - 1 cup
▢
Ghee - 3 tblsp
▢
Sugar - ⅓ cup or to taste
▢
Cashew - 3 tblsp chopped finely
▢
Raisins - 3 tblsp
▢
Almonds / Badam - ¼ cup
▢
Milk - ½ cup
▢
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Instructions
▢
Take almonds in a blender, blend them. Add in milk and grind to a smooth paste. Set aside.

Heat 1 tblsp ghee in a pan, fry nuts and set aside.
▢
Take desicated coconut in the same pan and stir fry for a min.
▢
Add in milk and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
▢
Add in badam paste and mix well. Cook till it gets thick.
▢
Add in sugar and mix well. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan, add ghee little by little and mix well.
▢
Add in cardamom powder and fried nuts and mix well.
▢
Serve.
